Apple's iPhone may just be the world's largest mobile platform after Android. But smartphone users in Brazil was less so interested in products from Apple. Most likely probably because the price is quite high.
Based on data from IDC, in the third quarter of 2013, Apple's iPhone should be in third position behind from Android and Windows Phone which is quite surprising is in second place. In these data, a total of 15.1 million Windows Phone devices have been sold in Brazil.
The achievement was successfully increased compared to the previous period. When compared with the previous quarter, there was an increase of 11 percent. Meanwhile, if compared with the third quarter of 2013, the increase terjaid much as 49 percent.
Achievement as the second most popular mobile platform in Brazil is also a record of its own. But Microsoft needs to work extra hard to be able to make Windows Phone as the most popular platform. This is because Android dominate the Brazilian market with a percentage of 91 percent.
