A new notebook series from Acer has now officially introduced to the public. The notebook is Acer Switch 11 Series which offers a screen size of 11.6 inches and is intended for business people and those working in education.
This notebook comes with a convertible design that provides flexibility in terms of usage. This device can be used either in a notebook or tablet mode. There are four user modes that can be used, the touch mode, typing mode, mode of viewing and sharing mode. The device is completed with magnetic joints that can be dismantled and reassembled.
This device comes to the market with a tag ranging from 399 USD. For the operating system, Acer uses the Windows 8.1 OS with Bing and convertible display device is equipped with an anti-fingerprint coating and Gorilal Glass 3. In addition, there is also responsive Chiclet keyboard. According to the plan, convertible devices of this type will be present to the market in October.
There are two options notebook Switch 11 is provided by Acer. The first models SW5-171 intended for professionals. This notebook comes with 11.6-inch screen and full HD resolution using the Intel Core i5 processor. Additionally, the device comes with 4GB of RAM and HDD capacity up to 128GB.
Meanwhile SW5-111 models offer a lower specification. Convertible notebook is equipped with a 11.6-inch screen resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels. In it there is a processor quad core Intel Atom Z3745 accompanied by 2GB of RAM and 64GB HDD.
